You probably have rushed mornings every day (Well sometimes I do also) Waking up to alarms, snoozing for 5 times and then getting up is not what you want to do on Sunday. Go easy on yourself On Sundays.
Don’t jump on things after waking up, take your time, sleep 1 hour extra but don’t mess up your sleep routine. The idea is to take a slow start in the morning.
2// Make Your Favorite Beverage
The next step is to enjoy your slow morning with your favorite beverage. Whether it’s a cup of coffee, green tea, or a glass of warm water. Enjoy every sip of that drink. SPEND some time by yourself. Recharge yourself. Enjoy that alone time.

Okay, I am not talking about some hardcore exercises, Just some little movement for your body you can go for a walk, do some light exercise or do some yoga. A dance session is totally perfect if you like that. The motive is to add some movements to your day to stay in a good mood.
5// Have A Pamper Session
It’s a day to finally pamper your skin. Cleanse your skin to remove makeup and dead skin cells. Scrub and put on some face masks. Don’t rush in your skincare routine. 6// Don’t Forget To Moisturize And Your HAIR

Audiobooks are a good replacement for reading books when you can’t catch up on reading. You can try for free if you want and then you can make a decision if you want to continue or not. Or listen to an inspiring podcast. I started listening to podcasts in lockdown and trust me it was the best decision.

If you have friends and family in your town, consider meeting them for a while, or facetime someone whom you really miss and can’t meet at the moment. It’s good to spend time with someone whose company you enjoy.

I being an introvert haven’t tried this yet but my friends say it’s amazing to spend time alone by yourself in your favorite cafe or restaurant enjoying your delicious food. I know some people just want to stay at home on Sundays for relaxing as you should but sometimes it’s cool to explore outside. Just check out a new cafe around your place, or visit an art museum, a park would be fine. Be a tourist in your city.

Meditation is difficult, I can’t sit still. Thousands of thoughts run in my mind when I try to do that. But I found that guided mediation really helps. Practicing stillness impacts mental health and that’s why I had to add this to the list of self care Sunday ideas!

Of course, a little organization is not bad and you have a full week upcoming. Not adding much work to your to-do list you can Just clean a section of your wardrobe, meal plan for a week, clean up your house, restock groceries or plan your schedule for next week.

I have done quite a few from this list and still do.
Taking yourself to a cafe alone is great and enjoyable, even for an introvert, which one time I did do often and I am an introvert. But I have not done it in the last few years.
