Reading some self-help books helped me so much to understand myself.
Some recommendations:

- The 4-Hour Workweek by Tim Ferriss
Must try out these books. They are really helpful!
11. Try out a new recipe
There would be some recipe you wanted to try but didn’t because of your busy schedule.
But now is the time to try that. Or ask your Mom about her amazing recipes and try them.
Pinterest is a great option too to look for!
12. Make a bucket list
No, I am not telling you to make a big fat list.
A small list will work. Write down all the exciting things you wish to try.
13. Write a letter to your future self
This is a really good idea in my sense.
Write the goals you want to achieve in 2 years or 5 years.
Write down your struggles you are facing now.
Or the steps you are taking for the future (keep that letter in a safe place)
This would be so amazing when you will read that in the future and will be happy about what you have achieved and how you passed all difficulties.
14. Go alone for Lunch or Dinner
I know my fellow introverts that this is the most challenging idea but it’s a good practice to step out of our comfort zone and do something exciting!
And maybe it’s not easy for extroverts too but try out this and you will totally enjoy the date with yourself!
A coffee date will work too.
15. Make some changes in your home
Sometimes a few changes around you will work to de-stress.
Make some tweaks to your house’s interior.
Little furniture shifts, remove unused things, or clean your wardrobe.
16. Meditation
I know that maybe you are like me who doesn’t know meditation.
And it’s fine but you can do some slow breathing exercises. Right?
We should really do some meditation daily for our health. So start today!
17. Fill a planner
You are stressed or burned out and that can be because you are not planning your goals or tasks.
Fill a planner for your daily tasks and weekly tasks. Include the most important ones only. And diversify your efforts for your work.
18. Alone movie time
Do you remember when you last enjoyed your movie or favorite web show alone?
Spend some hours watching your favorite cheerful movie alone with your favorite snacks.
Work is important but ME-time is also important!
19. Call that one person
We all have our go-to person with whom we are the most real person.
It could be your best friend, sister, mother, or anyone.
But maybe running in the circles of your busy schedule you have not contacted that person.
So why not do it now?
20. Do that one daring thing
Have you ever thought about what you wanted to do in your childhood?
Wanted to become a singer, writer, blogger, artist but could not do it because of some reasons.
But at least you can start doing that now.
Try writing a single page of your book, or your blog.
Play that instrument you wanted from so long, or paint that canvas.
I know that we don’t always have a way to follow our passion and we leave it behind.
But if it makes you happy then do it in your alone time. You will start feeling more better!
