For this self-care challenge, for the next one month do one thing every day and of course, you can change it a bit to make it your own. The challenge ideas are meant to help you relax a bit, develop new habits and most importantly feel good and happy!
30 day self-care challenge for mind, body & soul
Without any further ado let’s dive into 30 refreshing self care challenge ideas.
Day 1: Technology detox
Nothing is better than having a digital detox to clear your mind.
Go for a one-day detox, or 7 days, or for a whole month if you can. Switch off the social platforms (use it for your work if it is important)
It’s important to take regular breaks from it to have more me-time.
Day 2: Go for a walk/ Spend time outside
Go for a walk for some time, breathe fresh air. Notice the surroundings, the nature. Allow your mind to switch off and take the beauty around you. Appreciate the time, the place where you are at.
Day 3: Text an old friend or your family
Connect with an old friend today or any family member whom you want to talk to. Text them and catch up with them. Don’t be too busy to forget the people who are important to you.
Day 4: Make a gratitude journal
Being grateful is a great way to count all the blessings we have right now. And therefore start gratitude journaling to increase happiness in your life.
Write about 3 things you are grateful for, continue this for the next one month or until the last day of this 30 day self care challenge.

Day 5: Watch Inspiring ted talks
Instant Motivation and inspiration are achieved while listening to great speakers and that’s what you will do on day 5.
Instead of watching Tv or something, listen to a ted talk that will help to develop you or try a new Podcast.

Day 6: Journal your thoughts
My favorite activity is to let everything out of my mind. And if you think you have a lot up in your mind. Do journaling.
Write down everything (a brain dump) and see how it makes you feel better. Try journaling prompts if you need them.

Day 7: Read a new book
Just curl up in your cozy place and read something new or maybe try any new genre.
Day 8: A morning Yoga session
Get up early and try out a morning yoga session. You will find a lot of beginner’s tutorials.
If yoga isn’t for you, Do anything else like go for a walk, or a run?
Day 9: Meditate for 10 Minutes
You have 10 minutes in a day for yourself (we all have) and so today learn about the art of meditation. Spend 10 minutes in silence, focusing on your breathing and releasing any negative thoughts. See how do you feel after that? Are you gonna do it on daily basis now?
Day 10: Unfollow negativity
Time to declutter all negative thoughts. Unsubscribe, unfollow anyone who doesn’t bring positivity to your life. If it’s the person, start distancing yourself from them. There is no room for negativity in your life!
Day 11: Go for a drive
Just a long drive, put your favorite playlist, and head wherever your heart desires. (without no destination on mind ;))
Day 12: Take a warm bath/shower
Make your own luxurious bath kit. Add essential oils, bath salts to your self care routine. A long warm bath or shower can fix everything.
Day 13: Write a letter
Write a letter to someone you love, tell them that you appreciate their presence in your life, and mail it. Or the text is also an option. The motive is to bring a smile to someone’s face.
You can write a letter to your future self too!
Day 14: Get dressed up
Make an extra effort today, put on some makeup. Dress up in your comfortable yet chic look. Find your style. There is no need for an occasion to dress up.
Dressing up can improve your mood and your day. If you wear more PJs at home (because work from home) then you need to bring change today!
Day 15: Try a new recipe
Cook your favorite dish or try anything Whatever your little heart desires. Make it and enjoy every bite.
Day 16: Organize something
Organize! Anything! it can be one shelf, one drawer, or any one section of your house. See how much better that feels?
Day 17: Get a haircut
Looking for a change in yourself, A haircut is all you need. Okay, I know it’s not all you need but it makes a huge difference. So go to a salon, try a new haircut and enjoy your time there.
Day 18: Buy yourself flowers
Why wait for anyone to buy you flowers when you can do it yourself, babe. Go get your favorite flowers for yourself.

Day 19: Affirmations-time
This is what you should do daily and let’s start it from today. Stand in front of your mirror and say at least 3-5 self love affirmations loud and clear to yourself. This will help you to increase your confidence and self -worth.

Day 20: Watch a sunset/sunrise
Just a little effort to watch the beautiful colors of the sun in the sky. Step out early or in the evening to take all the beauty we get to see in nature.
Day 21: No complaint day
Stay out of negative thoughts today, no complaint about anything or anyone (not even about yourself). See how it goes and then extend it for a week.
Day 22: Make a Vision Board
It’s time to go after your goals, write down your dreams, make your vision board because it works.

Day 23: Go some shopping

Day 24: Movie night
Have a completely fun and stress-free movie night, Take out some time, pick your favorite movie and popcorn. And enjoy your night.
Day 25: Take yourself out
Go out with your partner, friend or by yourself. Discover a new cafe, try out new food, or even ice cream is fine. Make the moment special.
Day 26: Bake something
Baking is fun. Bake anything from your Pinterest recipe or just bake a small chocolate mug cake!
Day 27: Fix sleep schedule
Go to bed early and give yourself time to catch up on some sleep.
Day 28: Binge-watch
Binge-watch your favorite show today. Pick the old one or go for the new series. The motive is to enjoy the time without feeling guilty
Day 29: Decluttering
You did some organization and now it’s time to declutter. Just declutter any 10 items that you don’t use anymore.
Day 30: Reflect
On the last day of this 30 day self care challenge, reflect on the past days. Do you feel better? What habits or activities you will incorporate into your life on a daily basis?
