#1. Start a journal

I have mentioned before in my posts that I was never a diary writer, I just couldn’t. It took me a long time to get into the journaling habit. I don’t fill up the whole page but write out a few sentences to clear up my mind. Take out five minutes for self-reflection by recording your thoughts in a journal. This practice will help you relax and increase your awareness. You can always use prompts if you face writer’s block.

I used to play a lot of games in my childhood but eventually stopped it when grew up, but when covid happened, I started playing online games again to spend my time or to have fun whenever I take some rest from work. Playing online games is a cool pastime activity to de-stress.

One of my favorite games is Coffee shop, In this, you get to open a coffee stand where you see how much money you can help the Cafe earn in a month. Here you get to buy ingredients, adjust the recipe like milk, sugar, and coffee amount, and set the price, doesn’t this sound cool?
