Journaling is the best way to discover ourselves, to understand our thoughts, to find out our goals and motives. And writing a journal has so many benefits. Never underestimate the power of journaling. How To Make Time For Journaling As A beginner?
Making time to journal often has many benefits! Including improving mental wellbeing by managing stress & reducing anxiety, keeping your thoughts organized, improving your writing skills, self reflection & sparking creative practice.
You don’t have to force yourself to fill multiple pages and so you don’t need too much time. If you want you can always start small, start with 5 minutes. Set an alarm for a particular time daily either morning or evening, your choice! Write only a few sentences if you can’t think too much, you will eventually develop a habit.
