This is a perfect challenge for you if you wanna do something about this problem. Try reducing your current average screen time by 30- 40 minutes and in the meantime do something productive.
#3 No fast food
Have you found yourself relying on fast food most of the time then this is for you! Try a 30-day challenge totally avoiding fast foods and takeaways. I know this means you have to cook now but you will learn something and also this will be beneficial for your health and budget!
#4. Getting a good amount of sleep
A good amount of sleep is around 7- 8 hours and which is essential for our health. Aim to mark these hours, make a schedule and see an overall difference in your health in 30 days.

I really like these challenge ideas! I think I will have to give some of them a try as I know there are things in life I want to change or refocus on and I often don’t start because it seems like too big of a task for me to work through mentally/emotionally, etc. These will break some of my goals down and make it kind of fun/experimental — thanks for sharing!
